Luzon work, a massive example. The faceted grip formed of alternating layers of horn and brass, with brass pommel and finely profiled guard. The exceptionally long, handwrought blade with hardened edge expanding continuously to the long, clipped tip. 19th-20th century. Minor wear. Overall length 68.3 cm / 26 7/8". Condition III
