The steel blade straight and double-edged, with a short central fuller and struck with a makers mark on the obverse. The guard and grip likewise of steel, with expanded and beaded quillon terminals and pommel. Blade 15th century, hilt 17th-18th century. Well worn, areas of pitting. Overall length 31 cm / 12 1/4". Condition III
