Moro People of Maguindanao. A quality example, with polished banati wood grip and filigreed silver ferrule and engraved guard. The handwrought double-edged blade with central fuller. In its wooden scabbard with silver mounts. Second half of the 19th century. Blade with areas of slight pitting. Overall length 31.5 cm/ 12 1/4". Condition II
