Moro People, likely Maguindanao. A massive example with finely-carved hilt of hardwood with woven rattan bands. The handwrought blade showing evidence of layering, with profiled tip and spikelet intact. Late 19th- 20th century. Overall length 99.8 cm / 40.1". Condition II
