Description
An early example, characterized by a thicker bowl, showing evidence of wootz forging, and incised with geometrical decoration, a top spike of flattened diamond section, larger plume tubes and a heavier nasal bar than typically found on later types. The camail likewise consistent with older examples, wrought of riveted and solid rings. 17th century. Lightly pitted 55cm/ 21.65?overall. Overall height 55cm. Condition III
