Description
A large and elaborately decorated example of characteristic form, the mounts wrought entirely of silver, engraved, nielloed, parcel gilded and embellished with champleve enamel in five colors: dark blue, white, pale blue, yellow and red, the reverse engraved and nielloed. The long, double-edged blade double-fullered and struck with three makers marks at the forte. First half of the 20th century. Overall length 69cm. Condition II
