Description
Mounted entirely in finely-engraved silver, with characteristic backedged blade fullered and wrought of pattern-welded damascus steel retaining its sharp edges. In its silver-covered wooden scabbard embellished en suite with the hilt. 19th century. Some wear, scabbard tip damaged. Overall length 48cm. Condition III
