Description
The handforged, heirloom blade of characteristic pedang lurus form, the grip and scabbard of teak, mounted in nickel silver with profiled terminals. Inlaid in the scabbard in Latin numerals and characters, 1928 SNRD KWN ( reputedly Mangkunegaran Palace Guard of Prince Mangkunagara VII, [r. 1916-1944], ) NO. (Number) and the numeral 3 on the grip. Dated 1928. Light wear. Condition II
