Description
The characteristic steel hilt embellished overall in floral sprays finely inlaid in silver, with pierced toggle. The fine, broad single-edged Persian blade with narrow interrupted fullers and wrought of dramatically-patterned Persian black and silver wootz with glossy finish. Latter 17th century. Light wear to hilt, blunted at tip. Overall length 85.9 cm.
