Description
The hardwood grip finely carved with aso motifs, with woven rattan gripwrap. The hardwood scabbard carved and bound with rattan; retains its bark sheath. The handforged blade chisel-edged and convex on the reverse. Late 19th – early 20th century. Minor wear. Overall length 59.4 cm. Condition III
