Description
The grip of staghorn, boldly carved with aso motifs with finely woven wire gripwrap. The hardwood scabbard carved and bound with rattan; retains its bark sheath for by-knife. The handforged blade chisel-edged and convex on the reverse. Late 19th – early 20th century. Minor wear. Overall length 56.2 cm. Condition III
