Description
Known in period as Ottoman Trakya, or Thrace, now in Southern Bulgaria. With distinctive flared butt composed of alternating sections of dark and light hardwood. The stock with extensive engraved steel furniture and fitted with a characteristic miquelet lock. The long barrel with tulip muzzle, secured to the stock by a series of metal bands. Mif-19th century. Some wear overall. Overall length 149cm. Condition III
