Description
The grip carved of a single section of rhino with nielloed silver mounts. The broad, bifullered blade with tapering point, with an additional short fuller to the forte. The silk velvet -covered wooden scabbard with large engraved and nielloed mounts decorated in characteristic Circassian motifs. Early 19th century. Worn. Overall length 43.5cm. Condition III
