An earlier example than usually encountered. Of conical form with spike finial, adjustable nasal bar and plume tubes, with remains of gold-inlaid vinework. The camail of iron and brass rings in lehrian pattern with four pointed terminals. Early 18th century. Cleaned. Height 49cm. Condition III
