Of characteristic hemispherical form with russet finish, top spike, adjustable nasal bar, and plume tubes, embellished with engraved bands of spiral flowering vines highlighted in gold, the broad borders containing Arabic inscriptions. Retains its camail of unriveted rings with pointed termini. Mid-19th century. Minor losses to mail. Height including camail 60cm. Condition III
