The grip inspired by an Austrian cavalry saber, the broad blade with skull mark contained in a wreath and STURMBAON 106, and struck SOLINGEN at the forte. Carried by the famed 106th Assault Battalion during WWI. Early 20th century. Well worn. Overall length 35.5cm. Condition III
