Of massive proportions, the iron grip terminating in a parrot head and lavishly inlaid in gold in flowering vine motifs. The exceptionally broad blade recurved, with complex fullering and armor-piercing tip, chiseled Hindu gods and animals, including elephants and tigers, all with fine gold inlay. Mid-19th century. Overall length 52cm. Condition II
