A seldom encountered Rajashtan form. The long, straight blade wrought of fine black wootz, retained by a pair of sinuous arms which spring from the socket, heavily embellished with inlaid gold in vinework motifs. The octagonal steel haft with terminals elaborately inlaid in gold en suite. 19th century. Light wear. Overall length 72.7 cm. Condition I
