Description
Hilted entirely in gilded copper, with well-wrought kakatua-form pommel and decorated bands with alternating filigree and okkir motifs. The multi-waved blade with baca bacas intact. In its silvered scabbard with carved wooden locket and pierced and gilt mounts en suite with the hilt. Mid- 20th century. Locket with substantial loss. Overall length 67cm. Condition III
