With finely carved dark horn grips and embossed and engraved silver tangband, ferrule and reinforces. The blade broad and lightly recurved, and engraved on either side, with struck makers mark to the left side. In its leather-covered wooden scabbard with silver finial and intact woven wrist cord. Minor wear, leather scuffed, tip rubbed, areas of minor pitting. Overall length 75.5cm./29 23/32 inches. Condition III
