A rare form, mounted entirely in embossed and engraved silver with the Seal of Suleiman, vinework and imbrication motifs.The massive, double-edged blade showing faint evidence of wootz forging, with raised central panel wrought with narrow fullers, terminating in a robust armor-piercingtip. 18th century. Minor wear. Overall length 49.3cm./ 19 ¼ inches. Condition III
