The grip of typical form, carved of a single section of dark horn with domed bosses, the heavy blade lightly curved and double-edged, wrought of well-patterned wootz. In its tooled, leather-covered wooden scabbard with horn finial. Mid-19th century. Overall length 44.5cm. Condition II
