Black-lacquered overall, the grip terminating in a brass lions head, the ferrule of carved bone with brass ring, with a robust single-edged blade. In its fitted haft with tapered tip. Latter 19th-20th century. Minor chip to ferrule. Overall length 92 cm/ 36 1/4". Condition III
