Scandinavian or Germanic, the broad waistband handstitched, with applied billets to either end, embroidered with floral motifs and borders together with the owner’s name, JOSEF LESD, the oval brass buckle embellished with flowers. The interior with a concealed wallet for valuables, secured with a leather drawstring. 19th century. Minor wear and rubbing. Overall length 100.4cm. Condition II
