The polished bone grip with flared and profiled pommel and bolsters, the curved, double-edged blade pierced and etched overall with Arabic calligraphy. In its sheath mounted in lizard skin with a woven silver panel. Late 19th century. Minor wear. Overall length 39.5cm. Condition III
