ILikely Swedish, a relatively rare form with massive oval pommel and broad guard with curled quillons, the grip with original twisted wire wrap and wide, shallow cup with lozenge-shaped reinforce. The long, straight, double-edged blade of flattened diamond section. Mid-17th century. Wear to blade. Overall length 108.5cm. Condition III
